Our team

Ralf Fodor is a legal professional and mediator with experience as an author and speaker. Since 2014, he has run a support office specializing in francophone countries and maintains an open, communicative relationship with his clients. His passion for travel and foreign cultures strongly influences his work.

Clara studied education and social work and has professional experience in early childhood education. She is especially interested in social law issues and supports the team with excellent Spanish skills and intercultural experience gained in Latin America and China. At ECC, she works part-time in both front and back office roles.

Maïa is from Marseille and has been increasingly independently supporting French-speaking clients since 2024. After studying literature, she completed a voluntary service with the Franco-German Youth Office, gaining extensive experience handling applications for international students. Her dedication and quick understanding already make her a valuable member of the team.

Matthias "Akki" Payer is a qualified social pedagogue with over 20 years of experience, including in addiction treatment. He supports ECC when needed in the training and supervision of new staff members. He contributes deep theoretical knowledge and strong practical expertise in social work.
